So... my best friend is Colton Matheson. We have been dating for twelve months and counting. If you had known us as separate individuals rather than a couple, you would be shocked that we were friends at all. We are as opposite as pickles and frosting. By some miraculous ordering of events, we came to be in the same geography class, which neither of us had planned to take at all. Our first date, which didn't start out as a date, was on Halloween 2009. We went to see the movie Where the Wild Things Are, then decided to go to dinner at Costa Vida, which lasted three hours because we just talked and talked and talked. After that 'date', Colton claimed that I already knew him better than his family. Since then we have been very close to each other, and we have had many adventures, including losing our car in a parking garage, going to the Circus and Lion King on Broadway in the same night, going water skiing, biking, swimming, hiking, and running, and splashing our car through every giant puddle we come across. Most recently, we tried Ariel Dance lessons with Colton's sister and brother-in-law, Bree and Ben. Visit their exciting blog here.
